This hotel was pleasant and wonderful in every respect, had welcoming staff with an outstanding manager and staff. Great and perfect location - a few steps away from everywhere we needed. It was across the good area.

The room is really well appointed and very well decorated with a memorable view on the main cathedral of the city. The location is central.

The staff were genuinely helpful and provided help. I liked a personal safe, an air conditioning, and a minibar in the tastefully decorated room. There was free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the service in general was very good!

Excellent and perfect location in the pedestrian area, really close to the nearest bar and a venue-booked taxi that arrived nearly 15 minutes late – thereby raising stress levels and endangering travel connections.

Truly enjoyed how very historic and beautiful small the property was and its outstandingly accommodating staff with an outstanding manager and staff. The location for Lyon was good, close enough to shops and restaurants, and a central, beautiful plaza in Lyon.

Everything was perfect and rooms were themed and well-appointed. The breakfast with fresh products, a nice assortment plus cured meats was particularly good. It had central location close to Palais de la Bourse. The airport was 15 km away.

The property was impeccably clean, the room was brand-new. The food was great - plenty of options. Excellent location close to many sights and great restaurants a short walk away, and a shopping area with lots of smart shops nearby, I felt safe. Also, I was at a walking distance from a municipal museum. Spent here 3 relaxing days and would come back for sure.

Make sure you stay in the classic double room with spot-breakfast, buildings in the adjoining pedestrian zone, for example. There's cosy downstairs bar with relaxing beverages.

All in all everything was good, had a such wonderful stay for a short visit. Got wheelchair accessible room with excellent bathroom as expected. The hotel had a marvellous location in the very beautiful historic centre. We tried some restaurants, including Casa Nobile which boasted a freshly cooked cuisine.

Had a lovely stay here. It was an exceptional hotel in a shopping area, short walk to a great walking / shopping area, and a bakery for coffee and bread. We truly enjoyed the convenience of the classic double room with bathroom. The authentic restaurant which offered a good breakfast and the downstairs bar.

We really enjoyed sleeping 2 nights in this hotel. The staff were very amiable, the breakfast was delicious and everything was amazing. The standard twin room had basic facilities you need, a private safe, a minibar, and a sofa bed. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect, close to Bellecour Square. The property was set in a pedestrian area. It had good authentic restaurant.

Everything met the demands, I would return here. I ate at a good restaurant for dinner. The location was unbeatable, within walking distance of a large square. I spent some time with relaxing drinks in the pleasant downstairs bar.

And so close to all the great bars and restaurants, the shopping district and lovely restaurants, and all possible destinations and shopping streets to see.

Plus, the location is absolutely perfect, minutes from a massive pedestrianized public square. It's in a very good building in the pedestrian area. The rooms are brand-new and themed, have great-sized bathroom.

I had a fashionable and themed room with a large double bed and a big bathroom plus good air conditioning. Had very central location on the pedestrian streets close by.

it was worth its 4 stars. location and staff etc were superb. we had a sunny balcony. it's a 10-15 minute walk from cordeliers subway.

Walking distance to perrache. The breakfast had lots of food and it was excellent. We appreciated our time here...
