Fourviere Hotel

We appreciated the convenience of the suite, as well as a couch and WiFi etc. The location was excellent, not far from a historic area, the roman ruins and the basilica and Fourviere.

Overall the staff was super friendly.

The breakfast was excellent with pastry and fruits, for instance and frequently replenished.

The breakfast had a huge variety of selection, the food was amazing. Had good sleep at the twin/double room with the bedroom, best hairdryer plus the airco.

It's contemporary with good beds and particularly nice views.

The location was beautiful, next to a museum and an amphitheatre. The rooms were new-fashioned, fashionable, and had central heating, an iron, and a work desk.

The breakfast I was offered was expensive, it could be way much better.

The location is marvellous and they have parking on-site. The staff are polite people.

The hotel had indeed an excellent and perfect location in the hills above Lyon. Moreover, it was so close to Fourviere as well as a former Monastery. The room was contemporary, good-sized and complete with 2 bedrooms and the AC plus double bed. The food choices where good.

Everything was first-class here, and the views were pleasant. The location was lovely and the room was fashionable and new-fashioned. Thoughtful and cooperative staff, as it had to be.

The twin/double room where the beds were tinny even my kids have bigger beds, facilities worked for us. Courteous, welcoming staff with smiling face. Good services, including spa centre.

The location was perfect and incredible as for me, right by metro, the restaurant after 9pm and old town with the funicular nearby, about 5 minutes away.

The location was excellent, within walking distance of a Roman Catholic cathedral. There was a fabulous restaurant within a close distance from the hotel. Our room was well-appointed and contemporary and the bed was very comfy. We had nice view of garden.

The restaurant was good with very helpful staff here, I had amazing dishes. The bathroom was beautifully designed and I enjoyed windows overlooking garden. The location was nice in the very pleasant area. Also, the hotel was set not very far from Musee du Cinema et de la Miniature Museum.

The units were well-appointed and modern with double bed. Would stay here again and enjoy a perfect stay.

The breakfast was sensational with a huge variety of dishes to choose from. The hotel was in a stunning location really close to the Old Town of Lyon, a funicular to old town, and the Roman ruins on the hill. We saw a medieval cathedral, that's at a short distance from the venue.

The staff were excellent co-operating, the breakfast was excellent. I was given twin/double room with central heating, an iron, and a work desk. Very special and absolutely incredible location really close to the roman theatre and then back down in the evening, I felt safe. Easily reached Bouchon Les Lyonnais, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there.

I ate at a reasonably priced restaurant with very helpful staff. The bed was very comfy and the balcony had pleasant views of town. Stunning location, a museum and an amphitheatre were next to the hotel. Moreover, the area was historic.

It has stylish new-fashioned rooms, that come with the airco, the bedroom plus best hairdryer. The location is stunning and magnificent, on a mountain.

The unit we got was stylish and functional with all the necessary equipment and the bedroom plus bigger beds. The price was £ 269.

I stayed here for 3 nights, the hotel was comfortable, with marvellous and fab location right by the Funicular railway directly into the centre of Lyon as well as the Roman ruins. There was lots of splendid meals. The service was good and the pool was heated. Besides, my parking was on site.

The location of the hotel was excellent and perfect - not too far away from Saint Irenaeus Church. The staff there were lovely friendly and cooperative.
