Everything here was really beautiful, and the weather was wonderful, greatly enjoyed it. A good choice of food for breakfast, which was outstanding to satisfy everyone. The stuff was respectful, extremely friendly, no reason to complain.

The staff are service-minded and attentive and provide an exceptional service. The food is great.

This place is beautifully restored for shopping, would recommend.

The location was great, in what seemed like a palace, in the wonderful area.

The hotel was in a central location by the river. Besides, it was close enough to restaurants and shopping as well as many shops. They gave us well-appointed and tastefully decorated twin room with plush decor.

The room is generous sized and functional with plush decor, everything is really beautiful. Nice touch to have an iron/ironing board, an electronic key card, and coffee and tea making facilities.

The double room we stayed in was functional. The position of the hotel was excellent, by taxi or metro. What's more, it was close to the mall, the Crowne Plaza and the main restaurant on the 2nd.

That was absolutely fantastic hotel set in wonderful area, really close to stores, shops restaurants and a cathedral. The room was new-fashioned and functional plus it had a work desk, coffee/tea making machines, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The bed was very comfy, a walk-in shower worked well.

The room was well-appointed and had separate bathroom plus an electric kettle and glassware. Besides, the location was magnificent and incredible for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of a lyon History museum. The area was shopping close to the main restaurant on the 2nd and an interesting market.

Honestly no complains at all. Luxury hip new place with great and fantastic location short walk to France for a 5 weeks vacation, new markets especially with international customers and taxi or metro.

have a drink at the lobby bar. located just a walk down to place des jacobins.
