Booked a double room with extra amenities. A safe box, a minibar, and a sofa bed were a nice touch.

Functional and well air-conditioned room with an electric kettle, climate control, and an individual safe, and exceptionally comfortable bed.

It was a fantastic place, had gentle and brilliantly friendly staff at the reception desk. I have stayed here before and it met every demand.

It was clean with good customer service. The provided breakfast was wide ranging and good hot. I was there for 3 nights and would stay here again.

Tidy, good value hotel, the location was excellent adjacent to a subway station and a train station, Musée des Confluences and restaurants and shopping. There were big beds and central heating, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea making machines in the superior double room.

The units are neat and heated with complimenary water bottles.

Everything met standards, I definitely coming here again. Loved my perfect stay on business trip. The hotel's location was good and unbeatable, very close to taxi rank, and Near train / metro station for easily moving around city.

As for me, the area was unattractive.

The staff was amiable and gentle all the time. The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, not very far from a private university. It took me 10 minutes to get to a metro station.

The location was great for traveling around Lyon, next to the public transport system, Musée des Confluences and huge train station and major roads. The food was different with a wide range of options.

Everything was modern, attentive staff, ideal location adjacent to transport from train as well as train station and Ouibus station. Wide ranging breakfast, newly remodelled rooms with very spacious beds. Very good service, parking on-site.

No complaints whatsoever, the venue met what was needed, totally recommend it. Everything was modern, including very professional and competent staff at the reception desk. Loved the double room we had with a very comfortable huge bed. This 1st class hotel had central setting very close to the Metro. Street food restaurant Paul was 100 metres away from the place.

Central heating, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea makers inside the superior double room were handy. The bed was big, EXCELLENT staff who spoke English and gave excellent service. Besides, the location was excellent for our stay, within 15 minutes' walk of Place Carnot.

The room was recently renovated with balcony, besides it had wake-up service, just in case.

I had different food for breakfast for value. The folks working here were incredibly nice. The hotel's position was great, near Close to the city centre, the confluence of the rivers Rhone and Saone, and the train station, the river, and old town.

The breakfast was warm as expected with sausage and bacon, for instance. The location was marvellous for Lyon, near train station / metro, the Perrache train station and the Lyon Bus Station and the public transport system in Lyon Buses, Trams and Metro.

The place was clean, I booked the double room with city views, everything was fine. All the staff was attentive and competent, fixed my issues. The morning meal was wide ranging.

There's nothing to complain about, I will be returning here soon. The breakfast is above average with sausage and bacon, lots to choose from. The units are newly decorated, functional like in the pictures.

This property was fairly clean and popular. The hotel was in a brilliant location, in the centre of Lyon. Moreover, it was right by the station/metro and tramway for visiting Lyon, the train station, and the restaurant adjacent to the bar. I had relaxing experience and would stay here again.

We were given a superior king room with a luxurious bed upon arrival. The location was stunning and very close to a subway station.

The room was huge and elegant with an electric kettle and fridges. The airport was 15 km away.

Loved the place, especially my superior double room. The location was incredible, overlooking city. Besides, the area was nice, next to Carnot Square.

Its location within easy walking distance of Pont d'ainay was handy and pleasant.

The hotel is quaint and neat, nestled in a very very good building. It features new-fashioned rooms with big bathroom, large TV plus a luxurious bed. Exceptional service and the food is healthy. Btw, they will charge you gbp 16 per day for parking.

Location short walk to the center of the city, taxis, and the centre. Lots of food options approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the venue.

Stayed in impressive privilege queen room like in the pictures. This classy hotel was 200 metres from the underground station

overall it was new-fashioned and huge with big bathroom.

Staff were helpful, breakfast was delicious! The relaxed atmosphere when you walk in. A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like la tornade blonde that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

It was surely a great stay. It's a classic hotel in Lyon. We had classic single room with soundproofed windows.
