The staff are excellent and amicable people. The units were compact with an open shower.

It is located in the middle of the city.

Everything was great, very welcoming staff, nice views over the lake and inlet. The venue's position was very central. The hotel was a useful base for enjoying a shopping area. The room was quiet with smoke detectors for safety measures, and central heating, an electronic key card, coffee and tea making equipment.

In general the staff were OUTSTANDINGLY ACCOMMODATING and amiable.

We had a comfortable stay in a long time. The place was relaxing and pretty standard and the staff were supper friendly, the location was magnificent around 5 minutes walk in a very nice area of Lyon from Bellecour metro station. Location: the hotel was adjacent to close to shops / restaurants, the centre of Lyon, and the city center and the shopping area. 2nd arr. District was worth staying in.

Fairly clean place with particularly nice views and great and incredible location in the centre of Lyon. Location just next door to Luton airport. A wide array of food options just a pleasant stroll away from the venue. Savoury and tasty breakfast, fabulous food, reasonably priced.

My single room was modern and soundproof with air conditioning. A shampoo and a hair dryer were available there. The location was particularly good and unbeatable, next to main highlights of Lyon, convenient to go everywhere.

Reasonably clean hotel, truly enjoyed to be close enough to shops, restaurants, pedestrian street, great cafes and the center thanks to particularly good and perfect location. The room was new-fashioned and soundproof with a bath, we were happy about that. The staff was really friendly and affable in all services.

Superior place, suits us fine. Got the same superior room booked online, truly enjoyed that. As a bonus it was steps away from Bellecour subway station.

The staff was amazing and our room was air-conditioned. There's Pizza Pino within 10 minutes walk or so, greatly enjoyed their menu. We would definitely come back, the venue met requirements.
